Position:
Business Development Associate

Applicant Criteria:

This individual must have a proven track record of sales success or have a proven work history in the legal field. This individual must be able to network effectively and provide great client service.

Required Skill Set:

Fantastic, positive attitude

Great communication skills

Success with all levels of decision makers

Experience generating leads, networking and managing CRM tools

Position:
Product Coordinator

Applicant Criteria:

This individual must be detailed oriented and work well under pressure and deadlines.  You must be able to multitask between responsibilities and focus on both the smaller and larger picture.  This position involves training on industry specific software (MR7) and chronologically organizing medical records. Your responsibilities include timely turnaround and accuracy of records.

Required Skill Set:

A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Win 2000 / XP) and related software applications

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Strong clerical and communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and quality control

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional including Microsoft Outlook

Position:
Order Entry

Applicant Criteria:

This candidate must be extremely detail oriented and handle repetition well.  He or she must be able to stay focused on a particular task for blocks of time. Applicants will be trained in entering data into MR7 (industry specific software).  The data must be entered precisely. A substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is required.  The candidate must possess minimum typing skills of 50 words per minute with accuracy. This position also involves research using in-house tools as well as the Internet.

Required Skill Set:

A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Win 2000 / XP) and related software applications.

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Excellent clerical and communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and quality control

A substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional including Microsoft Outlook

 

Position:
Production Specialist

Applicant Criteria:

This individual must be able to scan, print and assemble documents within the Windows Operating System according to specific criteria that will differ from record to record. Candidates must be able to work well with other associates as part of a team.
A flexible work schedule is required.

Required Skill Set:

A substantial working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Win 2000 / XP), related peripherals, and software applications

Document scanning, printing and organization

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills

Strong clerical and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and quality control

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional including Microsoft Outlook

 

Position:
Customer Service Representative

Applicant Criteria:

Consisting primarily of telephone communications, this position requires this candidate be a highly motivated individual possessing top notch interpersonal and communication skills able to keep our clients’ best interest in mind. Strong written, verbal, and multitasking abilities are a must. He or she must be able to work well in a team environment. A high level of computer software applications proficiency, specifically Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows is mandatory. MR7 knowledge is a plus.
